The customer takes a step.Your business knows what comes next.
01
Customer chooses
They open your public page from a social bio, message, website or QR code and choose a service.
02
Your rules guide the request
Enabled modules, published availability, capacity and approval policies determine the next step.
03
The OS receives the activity
Bookings reach calendars and rosters. Orders reach order management and kitchen workflows. Enquiries reach the team.
04
Your team delivers
Staff work with the customer’s details, selected service and current status—within their role permissions.
The public page is the customer entrance to your business OS.
Your team’s workspace stays private. You choose the customer-facing content and actions you publish. Connected workflows depend on your enabled modules and configured providers.

A FEW THINGS TO KNOW
Confidence inevery next step.
Is the public link separate from my business OS?
It is the customer-facing experience connected to your OS. Your team uses the private operating workspace; customers use the pages and actions you publish.
Can I put the link in my Instagram bio or WhatsApp?
Yes. Share your customer link in Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat or X bios, WhatsApp conversations, your Google Business Profile and your website. A QR code can bring customers to the same destination.
What can my customers do through the link?
That depends on your business and enabled modules. Examples include class bookings, court slots, service appointments, restaurant reservations and orders, activity tickets, stay enquiries and visitor requests.
Will every request be confirmed automatically?
Your rules decide. Some journeys can confirm against configured availability; others require staff approval. A request is kept distinct from a confirmed booking.
Do customers need staff access to use it?
No. Customer-facing pages and staff workspaces have separate access boundaries. A customer account may be offered for the journeys you enable.
Can I add online payments and reception?
Yes, as configured capabilities. Payment and communication providers require activation, supported connections and permissions before live transactions or messages can run.
ONE OS. EVERY BUSINESS.
Your operations, connected.Your customers, welcomed.
Give your business a workspace to run on.Give your customers a destination to come back to.
